C.I.E.R. SECURITY & PROTECTION AGENCY is a client-driven Agency with the goal of community policing and Client satisfaction. There are several Principals to community policing and still being client driving. Philosophy and Organizational Strategy
We have effective leaders for the task. These leaders are well-versed in implementing community policing and have a track record to back it up. Also, we work with community members and clients and include them in the organizational structure for community policing. A agency is as good as their worst officer and we strive to have the best officers with high level of training and background checks. Training is Key, and with years of experience in policing, corrections, armed forces, and Homeland Security, the civilian sector has not seen this type of Agency in a long time.

We are fully insured and trained to operate in the state of Maryland and DC both Armed and Unarmed. Officers are trained and certified to use all the equipment that they carry.  Officer will operate on site under specifications suggested by the company. The client will voice concerns and safety issues during a consultation of the premises and staffing will be deployed upon agreement of both parties.
